WC Fic: Flood
They were somewhere around the northern part of Mississippi, camping out before pushing on to their way north when the flash flood came. The rain came so quickly, few of the camping trailers had time to move. Though the flood was minor and came up to your shoulders at its highest, many of the trailers that couldn’t be moved in time lay stuck in the muck. It was unclear who was on the islands of camper roofs and who had made it to the muddy banks of the makeshift lake. Somehow, Sid made it to a roof of a truck relatively dry, with Ann and Zebra.

“It’s not that far,” Sid muttered, squatting at the edge of the cab, examining

This is how I feel right now...

It is the end of Sept and it's suposed to be 91 degrees by 3PM today X( ...the hottest Sept in Maine since 1961 evidently... it is a royal pain in the ass.
